Replacement Parts
Discontinued clip? Cracked trim piece? A part nobody makes anymore? Rapid Roost scans or measures your original, rebuilds it in CAD, and prints a replacement.
Our Replacement Parts Workflow
We combine photogrammetry scanning on the Creality Raptor Pro with hands-on measurement and CAD modeling. The result is a clean, editable model, not just a raw mesh, printed in a material suited to the job. Many of the parts we've reproduced were for older vehicles and equipment where the manufacturer no longer supplies them.
What We Reproduce
- Automotive Clips and Trim — Interior and exterior pieces for older cars, including discontinued items.
- Appliance and Equipment Parts — Knobs, brackets, covers, and housings.
- Reverse-Engineered CAD Files — An editable model of your part, delivered in the format you need, if you'd rather print it yourself.
- Improved Versions — Original geometry with stronger materials or reinforced weak points.
- Repeat Orders — Once modeled, your part can be reprinted any time.
Why Print a Replacement?
When a part is out of production, the alternatives are salvage yards or replacing the whole assembly. A printed replacement is often faster, cheaper, and can be made better than the original. And because we keep the CAD file, you get a permanent digital copy of the part.
Have a Part We Can Reproduce?
Get in touch with a photo of the part and what it fits. We'll let you know what we can do.
